Could we have some more Helen Gravely headcanons please?
You sure can!!
Hellen was a very high class, famous woman when she was alive. She very much lived for the attention that her beauty drew.
She was also manipulative when she was alive - she'd use the men who swooned over her for lavish gifts and the like. Not that she needed it all really, since she was well off herself, but.
She'd only been a model for about 5-7 years before she became interested in owning a hotel. Something about the idea of drawing in crowds of like minded, wealthy people to impress and house was very appealing to her!
She's always busy with one thing or another, and checks on her staff via the cameras around the hotel more often than not. She tends to snap and be dismissive of the staff members without really thinking about it.
Her interest with King Boo started a few years before the events of the game...interest became fascination, fascination became obsession, and she very much wanted to be with him romantically.

Chambrea and Hellen are probably the only ones that can tell the triplets apart and know one knows how. At this point the triplets are trying to figure out how similar they can make theme look before Hellen and Chanbrea give up.
No matter how hard they try, the triplets can't confuse Chambrea or Hellen! Oh but they try....
The other staff members are completely baffled as to how they do it and ask...and really only get an answer along the lines of "isn't it obvious??"

Probably a dumb headcanon (and slightly AU?) But Hellen loves her workers dearly even if she doesn't exactly show it. "You guys are idiots." "...." "But your my idiots."
No headcanon is a dumb headcanon here!! I wholeheartedly support that hell yeah!!
I mostly base her behavior on how angry she gets as Luigi advances in the hotel, which...doesn't mean she's ALWAYS like that, haha.
